OLD-FASHIONED BUTTERMILK PIE
3 Fresh eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup raw buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 9-inch pie crust

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar
Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth
Pour into prepared pie crust
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and Continue baking for 40 to 45 min
